Mimi was a great host and we enjoyed everything about the house! Couldn’t have been more perfect for us! (4 adults, 3 kids). It was close to the Biltmore (25 min), and we really enjoyed walking around the shops in Black Mountain. Such a cute town! There was plenty of room inside the house, and it was fully stocked with everything we could need. The fire pit in the backyard was nice during the cold nights so we could sit outside and relax. If we come back to Asheville, we will stay here again. Highly recommend!

We have rented many houses in the Black Mountain/Asheville area. This is one of the most relaxing ones we have stayed at. The front porch is so nice! All of us (including my 3-year old granddaughter) enjoyed sitting on the porch every night and listening to the “night noises.” Would love to return one day.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The home was as described, very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, great family spaces inside & out, and the porch definitely makes the house, it’s a fantastic space! We never met Mimi but she was incredibly responsive before and during our stay, and graciously left two loaves of freshly baked bread for our arrival! One note is that the pullout couch is basically off the kitchen so it can be noisy in the morning, but that was a minor inconvenience. We highly recommend this home & would love to stay again!
