The home is 1000 ft.² and the large open kitchen /dining area is perfect for relaxing and the new fully equipped kitchen makes meals a breeze. Home has a washer/dryer. Includes LED TVs and cable in living room and larger of the two bedrooms. Wi-fi to keep in touch and online. All linens, towels, beach towels, beach bags, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided. Outside you’ll find an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and seating for relaxing cookouts

Located on the brick streets this home is 1 block from the Toronto Blue Jays stadium, 4 blocks to Main Street and the heart of downtown, 2 blocks from the water and 1 block from the Pinellas Trail. Located a 1/2 mile to the Marina where you can charter or launch your boat. Nearby is Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island, and 7 miles to Clearwater Beach. Caladesi, Honeymoon, and Clearwater are all consistently ranked among the best beaches in the world! This house is the ideal location for a true downtown experience. Two bikes included to enjoy the Pinellas trail.

The home does have two steps that lead up to the front door. This is hard to see in the picture so I wanted to point it out. Also, it is a shower only and does not have a bathtub.

My kids and I stayed here for 5 nights and couldnt have been happier. Lori’s home exceeds expectations and she was very helpful and kind during our stay. Convenient location to Edgewater Park, Dunedin Marina and downtown Dunedin. Also the baseball stadium. Her back yard is amazing and felt like an outdoor living room. “A Fabulous Find!”

We stayed here for our spring break and everything was as described, even better! The bungalow is super cute and comfortable. The backyard is so cozy and private, we sat out every night and enjoyed the quiet and stars. Lori was always available when we had a couple issues but worked with us to resolve them. This is a perfect location to downtown Dunedin and the marina. We went to Clearwater Beach and although beautiful, it was super crowded, but to be fair, it was spring break! Places to visit include Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island and Sand Key. All had beautiful beaches and not too crowded. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property! “A little piece of paradise”

The house was the perfect size for the two of us. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen is an added bonus. We also enjoyed the golf cart that came with the rental.

The location is great , one block to the Pinellas bike trail, one block to the Blue Jays Spring Training Stadium and half mile to town
