Kitchen is fully equipped with all new everything! Home has brand new washer/dryer. Includes 3 LED SmartTVs and cable. High speed internet is provided. All linens, towels, beach towels, beach bag, beach chairs (2), umbrella and cooler on wheels provided. There is a nice screened in Lanai with seating. Outside you’ll find a pergola with Chat Set, a gas grill and a table for dining.

Located on the brick streets this home is 1 block from the Toronto Blue Jays stadium, 4 blocks to Main Street and the heart of downtown, 2 blocks from the water and 1 block from the Pinellas Trail. Located a 1/2 mile to the Marina where you can charter or launch your boat, or ride the Ferry to Clearwater Beach. Nearby is Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island, and 7 miles to Clearwater Beach. Caladesi, Honeymoon, and Clearwater are all consistently ranked among the best beaches in the world! This house is the ideal location for a true downtown experience. Two bikes included to enjoy the Pinellas trail. More bikes may be provided upon request, if available (please inquire prior to arrival)

The owners of this delightful rental have thought of everything. It was exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay. The owners were wonderful with communication throughout the rental process and even brought in some toys for my little granddaughter.

“Charming, clean, comfortable and quiet but near vibrant downtown Dunedin”

We have rented many houses in the Black Mountain/Asheville area. This is one of the most relaxing ones we have stayed at. The front porch is so nice! All of us (including my 3-year old granddaughter) enjoyed sitting on the porch every night and listening to the “night noises.” Would love to return one day

We enjoyed our comfortable stay in this beautiful charming home. Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation was here. The best was the very comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Close to stadium which is what was perfect. Newly renovated. Lovely kitchen.
