Dunedin Home with Marina and Bike Trail

We are in an amazing location, close to everything via walking, jogging, or bicycling. Across the street, you can stroll along the water or marina and watch the breath-taking sunset or fish from the large pier. One short block away is Main Street which has dozens of excellent mom-and-pop restaurants, shops, microbreweries, live music, and weekend festivals.

Here is some important information about the floorplan of our unit. It really is two small separate units, joined by an enclosed L-shape patio-walkway. Each unit has two separate entry/exit doors. The first unit has a small kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The first unit has a family/living room with LED television and small dining table, bathroom (has a tub), one bedroom with queen bed, dresser, nightstand, large walk in closet and LED television. The second unit is a large master bedroom which has a bathroom (has a shower), a small kitchenette, a dining table, and a large LED television.

The utility room with new stackable washer/dryer is located between the two units, along the enclosed L-shape patio-walkway. Both step out to a very large patio with dining, seating and a grill. This floorplan is ideal for two couples traveling together because of the extra privacy it offers.

Dunedin is home to Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands, two of the top ranked beaches in the US. Includes beach towels, bag, chairs and cooler.
