Terms and Conditions
By proceeding with the booking, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
1. Rates are subject to local sales and resort taxes.
2. A cleaning fee on the departure date is applicable to all stays.
3. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your dates and secure the accommodation. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
4. The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival (or earlier). On receipt of full payment, we will send you final instructions which include directions and check-in details.
5. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the property. Failure to observe these rules will result in a minimum charge of 200.00€ taken from your security deposit.
6. A 200.00€ security deposit is required to provide security against any malicious damages, inventory discrepancies or excess housekeeping. Subject to satisfactory inspection of the property after departure the deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure.
7. Once a home has been confirmed it cannot be changed for another home without financial penalties as per the cancellation policy.
8. All homes are provided with a basic supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies. Guests are then responsible for purchasing/supplying all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.
9. Every property is provided with an information manual which may contain both general and specific information relevant to both the property and the surrounding area. Attention should be given to rubbish and parking requirements.
10. Please note that: * no refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your stay. * under no circumstances can the security deposit be refunded on the day of departure.
